St. Alban’s Houses
In 2016 a House system was introduced to the school, taking the names of significant places in the Bible. Throughout the year, children in each House collect house points for good work, good behaviour, sporting and music achievements and for showing good leadership.
Children are allocated a house shortly after they join the school and siblings are in the same house to maintain family tradition. The St Alban’s Cup is awarded each term to the house with the most points.
House leaders participate in our bespoke leadership program led by the Head of School. Every half term they are set a leadership challenge to improve their leadership skills and to drive whole school priorities. The heads are very busy writing their action plans, which we will share on the schools website very soon.
