Consider emotional as well as physical health, especially under lock down.

- What part(s) of your lifestyles would you see as a positive?
- Do the same for members of your family.
We all need to recognise that a healthy lifestyles is all about ‘getting the balance right’ of calories eaten and calories burned in exercise.
