Well done to the gymnasts that represented our school at the Yorkshire Schools Gymnastics Competition, held at Barnsley Dome on Saturday 17th March.
St Alban’s entered a pairs and group display. They competed against schools from all over Yorkshire and the standard was excellent throughout. The group display won gold and the pairs achieved silver, all of the girls were sensational.
Last year the team won silver, so it was fantastic to go to this event and receive gold in the group category.
