Carmel Reading Assembly
Well done to the Carmel House Leaders for their Reading Assembly this morning. Also well done to the Year Six children who shared their favourite classroom library books with the school.

Children in Need Superstar Fundraisers
Three Year 4 girls showed their kindness and generosity by baking a bunch of cakes and selling them for Children in Need. They gave up their time at home and their break and their lunch to sell their frosted delicacies. They raised and amazing £79.30 for Children in Need.
Year 4 Geography Fieldwork
Last week, the Year 4 children walked around Wickersley to investigate what human and physical features are in the area. When we go to Castleton later in the year, we will be comparing the two locations.
We also created a tally of all the different building uses that wesaw along the route. We are going to follow that up with some DigiMap work back in class.
